This artwork is available in color and in black-and-white, is resolution-independent and can be placed directly in Adobe InDesign and will be sharp at any size.

This vector art is created using Adobe Illustrator, not Adobe Photoshop. If you have only used raster images (jpegs or tiffs from Photoshop) you know that you have to be concerned with a lot of calculations, such as file size, and resolution. If you make the resolution too high, you waste file size, if you make the resolution too low, your image is all pixelated and blurry when it prints out. The really nice thing about using vector images is that you don't have to worry about this at all. They will print out sharp at clear at any size, and their file size is much smaller than raster images.

You never have to be concerned about resolution (pixels per inch) because vector images have no resolution. And if you're trying to figure out Megabites, MB, etc., you can forget about it when you are placing a vector image. The file size is going to be small no matter what image size that you want to output. When you use vector art, you can scale it to any size without any loss of sharpness and place it InDesign. Or you can use the pdf file directly or use it in Adobe Illustrator.
